D-Wave and IonQ! "Amazing" escalation in quantum computing by Nvidia

D-Wave and IonQ! "Amazing" escalation in quantum computing by Nvidia

The successful quantum hot stock report tips are now very highly valued after the enormous price increase – the risk is increasing. But quantum computers are entering the mainstream – and Nvidia is helping.

When I read books by quantum genius Michio Kaku in early 2024, I was struck by this quote: "By 2100, our destiny is to become like gods. Without magic—with artificial intelligence and, above all, quantum."

Kaku is excited about the "ultimate computer that computes on atoms, the ultimate building blocks of matter itself." A new era is beginning, he says, that could trigger "shock waves comparable to the introduction of the microchip." The highlight: Electrons compute simultaneously in parallel universes, interacting and interfering.

Nvidia CEO Jensen Huang apparently understands this. According to The Information, Nvidia is in talks about investing in PsiQuantum. The company isn't listed on the stock exchange, but is said to already be valued at $6 billion. D-Wave and IonQ are still in development, but Nvidia is apparently attracted by PsiQuantum's efforts to achieve quantum power with conventional chip technology.

The quantum race is on: What does Nvidia want?!

This indirectly provided impetus for the quantum chip startup Quantum Computing Inc. (QCi) (valued at $1.5 billion, WKN A2NB6G). We asked Professor Guido Burkard for more information. The quantum genius finds the investor interest "astonishing," given that relatively few concrete results have yet been achieved.

He finds the new D-Wave quantum computer generation "very interesting." However, he expressed skepticism about the quantum advantage, as long as D-Wave conducts the benchmark comparisons itself. In a conversation with us in 2024, he preferred the IonQ idea of isolating fragile, fidgeting qubits in a "trap," enabling calculations at room temperature (previously cold). Airbus and Hyundai are IonQ customers. News: Robo-truck startup Einride is investing in navigation optimization with IonQ. Interestingly, the AI sees IonQ's ion traps as theoretically "excellent" complements to Nvidia.

IonQ and D-Wave (+2,000 percent since February 2024) are current recommendations in the AKTIONÄR Hot Stock Report. In the next issue, we will report on details of D-Wave's application in supercomputers.

New to the 2030 portfolio: A bet on humanoid robots. The Nvidia CEO stated in the analyst call: "We are beginning to integrate Cosmos into the operations of Agility Robotics (Amazon) and Figure AI (BMW) to generate synthetic data." Boston Dynamics would also use the Nvidia Isaac simulation to advance its humanoid robot development. And according to Jensen, our new robot favorite is also using Nvidia to ramp up its robotics plans – we have therefore added the hot stock to the 2030 portfolio, following Nvidia (+600 percent since 2022 in the 2030 portfolio). More on that here.

800 volts for Nvidia?

Surprising development: 800-volt technology will not only be used in the Mercedes CLA but also in AI servers in the future. We're therefore also betting on a company below the competition that now sees "promising" opportunities for the 800-volt breakthrough and is a market leader in key future areas – a new top tip for the future in 2030!
